1. Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, opened or used dry fruit items cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Replacement

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will offer a replacement or refund.
